Re: Work Order #3665096 – this is informative
& for my rental file, not a request
Attn., Ms. Glasow:
The
community areas of building 10269
need to be assessed for an ongoing & relentless ant problem. I spilled
something sweet & had a trail coming from unit #103, all the way downstairs to my unit. I
have video evidence of this & since past experience dictates that reporting
things to management is futile, I’ll continue to keep these things in my meticulous
files off campus. I haven’t had an intolerable amount of ants since I keep my
home relatively clean, given the shoddy circumstances & repair work, but if
they become a nuisance again, I’ll put in another work order.
That
said, the woman in unit # 103,
sprayed the entire breezeway with a pesticide in a yellow aerosol can that has
red warning words in Spanish that I couldn’t make out as I didn’t have on my
reading glasses. I’ve smelled this in the breezeway many times before, & it
always makes me ill. It’s not healthy for my bird or lizard as they are
naturally prone to upper respiratory problems. I was close to getting a motel
room because I felt I needed to get my animals away from that spray. I will,
from now on, take the liberty to do so instead of suffering with congestion,
eye irritation, swelling, & numbness in my fingertips. Also, next time, I
will check myself into the emergency room, so that I will have medical records
of how I was poisoned. I didn’t need to take the animals to the vet as I moved
their habitats in time, but next time I will, simply to have medical record of
symptoms & side effects of pesticide poisoning.
Unit #101 also has ants, but
because of the meth use & dog urine they haven’t called to report it to
management. We have the meth use, harboring a known felon, & the violation
of the HEN policies all on public record. The people in my building don’t
report activity because they are breaking the policies in the rental contract
and are exhibiting criminal activities themselves. You don’t respond to your
own policies because you’re breaking so many laws.
Too,
the mailboxes for my particular area are infested with ants. . .
Thank
you for not making me & my family feel safe, welcomed, accepted, and part
of a community it promotes, instead providing me with validated illegal entry
concerns & creating news ways for me to feel violated & exacerbating my
already existing fear, anxiety, terror, harassment, & alienation
(especially when Mike scratches on the outside of my front door, leading to the
breezeway & whispers “you’re a crazy bitch).” I can video tape from inside
my unit all I want (& do so when I’m home to experience every violation),
& the breezeway is communal. The deputy that Kyle & Mike called out to
my apartment informed me that Mike recorded me from outside my door & as he
made that statement, I have Mike on video recording me as he took that as
permission to film me on my balcony & through my windows. There are RCWs
that protect me from that, too.
Please
continue to keep up the work your performing, & I’ll keep compiling
evidence. By the way, you will NEVER find me in violation of rules or laws
(with the occasional traffic infraction) as I follow them as a matter of
principal and universal checks & balances, so keep trying to bait me &
catch my reactions on video. . . It’s
kind of entertaining watching your staff bumble along & make falsified
reports to law enforcement.
According
to your policy, I am to contact the repair telephone line, so I did: WO# 33665096. According to the law, requests
MUST be made in writing, so here is my written information regarding repairs in
the communal areas.
The Parklane management, staff, maintenance, representatives, et.al.,
DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ENTER building 10269, unit #
201 WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE.
Thank
You,
Tracey
